The hot rolled S355J2W weather-resistant steel plate in 300? Microstructure and function after welding at different temperatures of 880℃. The results show that S355J2W hot rolled steel plate has certain deformation grains and is annealed at a lower temperature. At temperature (300? At 650℃), the ferrite in the steel plate recrystallized and the grain grew, and gradually became equiaxial. When the heat treatment temperature exceeds the eutectoid change temperature but does not reach the full austenitizing temperature, a part of the undissolved carbide remains. When the steel plate is normalized at 880°C, the weather-resistant steel plate is austenitized, and these austenites experience quasi-eutectoid phase changes in the subsequent cooling process, forming a large piece of pearlite + ferrite, which is composed of a large grain size of ferrite and a large grain size of crystal. With the increase of heat treatment temperature, the yield strength of steel plate shows an increasing trend, but when the heat treatment temperature reaches 800℃ or more, the physical yield strength of steel plate disappears. Tensile strength increases sharply, yield ratio decreases and elongation decreases. The results of three-dimensional atomic probe show that the lack of carbon atoms in ferrite is the main reason for the disappearance of physical obedience of red rust weathering steel plate.
